Tsukino Family Members Profiles

Kenji Tsukino
Kenji Tsukino is Usagi and Shingo's father and Ikuko's husband. He works as a magazine editor and he's usually busy because he has to take photographs at parties. Even though that he's usually away from home, Kenji is a good father and he cares about his children. He is a balanced person, but he doesn't like Mamoru, because he thinks that Umino is much better for Usagi.

Naoko Takeuchi once told that Kenji is really similar to her father.

Ikuko Tsukino
Ikuko Tsukino is Usagi and Shingo's mother and Kenji's wife. She doesn't work, she stays at home and she's usually cooking, cleaning or locking Usagi out of the house because of bad grades. Ikuko is a nice person, she's almost always happy. Ikuko doesn't play a major role, she usually ends up making Usagi get up for school in the morning.

Usagi's mother is brainwashed by Chibi-Usa and ChibiChibi. Both of the little ladies make the women think that each of them was a sister of Usagi.

In an episode of SuperS, Ikuko's dream mirror was attacked by HawkEye, but the woman was saved by Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi-Moon.

Shingo Tsukino
Shingo Tsukino is Usagi's little brother and Ikuko and Kenji's son. He likes playing games. He's introduced in episode 1. Shingo is an adorable child, but he doesn't respect her sister and he usually kicks her.

In the first episodes of the Anime, in episode 5, actually, he doesn't like Luna because he hates cats. The boy doesn't like cats because when he was a baby he was frightened of a cat. In the same episode, new "animals" called shaneeras are used by Jadeite to suck humans' energy. Sailor Moon beats the youma talks to his little brother. Shingo of course doesn't realize that Sailor Moon is actually his siter, he even thinks that Sailor Moon is Sailor V. Anyway, the soldier of justice tells Shingo that Luna is a good cat and from now on, Shingo isn't afraid of Luna anymore.

Usagi's little brother also likes a girl called Mika-chan.
