Sailor Venus

Aino Minako is a 14 years old beautiful blonde. She's an optimist, a person who is always ready to smile and fight for love and justice! She likes playing games, doing sports, eating and chasing after idols. She usually has a crush on idols like Yaten.

Minako lives with her Mother and Father and her white guardian cat Artemis. Her favourite colours are red and yellow, she was born on October 22.

Until the Sailor Stars season, Minako doesn't attend the school of the other Inner Senshi, but in the final season, she goes to Juuban High School with the others.

Minako is a happy person. She's also much like Usagi. They don't just look like twins, they can also be mental "twins". In episode 36 the monster of the day even thinks that Minako is Sailor Moon / Usagi.

Aino Minako is the first Sailor Soldier - the pretty soldier of love and justice, Sailor V. She became Sailor V with the help of her guardian cat named Artemis. As V, Minako's mission was simply to fight villains, robbers, and gangsters. She had two friends who were police officers. Their names are Katerina and Alan. Minako fell in love with Alan, but at that time she didn't know that Alan and Katarina were in love. When Sailor V and her partner Katerina were investigating a building, there was an explosion and the two partners in love thought that V was dead. Minako saw them embracing and she was heartbroken. She decided to leave England. Thus, Minako moved to Japan, becoming Sailor Venus!

During the first season of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, Minako/Venus is the most mature of the Sailor Soldiers, but she becomes kind of crybaby in R. Sailor Venus is protected by the planet Venus, which gives her light-type and love-type attacks.

Powers Venus Power! Make-up! - This is what Minako says in order to transform into Sailor Venus. This transformation is seen for first time in episode 36.
Crescent Beam! - Sailor Venus' first attack, which is seen for first time in episode 34. Venus channels a beam of light against an enemy from her finger.
Venus Star Power! Make-up! - Minako's second transformation phrase. She says this to transform into Sailor Venus.
Crescent Beam Shower! - Venus' attack in the first arc of Sailor Moon R. "Cresent Beam Shower" is the improved version of "Cresent Beam".
Venus Crystal Power! Make-up! - This is Minako's third transformation phrase. The heroine says this in order to become Super Sailor Venus.
Venus Love and Beauty Shock! - Sailor Venus generates a little gold kiss which becomes several little kisses. They join into one big kiss, which Venus channels against enemies.
