Queen Metallia
Queen Metallia is the leader of the Dark Kingdom and Queen Beryl's boss. She does not possess a body, she is rather an evil energy. During the whole series, Queen Beryl's and the four generals' mission is to drain human energy in order to revive Metallia. In act 45, Metallia possesses an youma, making it much more powerful. Eventually, the monster is destroyed in act 46 by Sailor Venus' second attack.

Queen Beryl
Queen Beryl is introduced in Act 1. She is the boss of Jadeite, Kunzite, Nephrite, and Zoicite. Beryl works under the control of the boss of the Dark Kingdom, Queen Metallia. Beryl is in love with Prince Endymion and she eventually brainwashes him, making him evil. Beryl is destroyed by Princess Serenity in the end of the series. Queen Beryl demands love and loyalty from her minions.

Jadeite
Jadeite is Queen Beryl's first general, he has short blonde hair. He appears in act 1 for first time. Jadeite is always failing in his missions, therefore he's turned him into a stone by Queen Beryl, but Queen Metallia revives him in act 16. The goal of Jadeite to drain energy from human beings. The first general is always arguing with Nephrite, he's usually working with Kunzite or Nephrite, although that he wants to prove himself.

Nephrite
Nephrite is the second general and he appears in act 4 for first time. He is always in red / purple, he has short dark red hair. He doesn't fail in love with Naru-chan, unlike Nephrite from BSSM. Nephrite is week and he is often not able to complete his mission. Nephrite is "killed" by Queen Beryl in act 36 in front of the five senshi and Mamoru. Nephrite's mission is to find the Mystic Silver Crystal before the Sailor Senshi do. It's rumored that there is love between Nephrite and Ami.

Zoicite
Zoicite is the third general and he appears in 7 for first time. Zoicite is strange and he spends most of his time playing on his piano or composing songs. His clothes are white, as well as his hair. He's "killed" by Sailor Venus in act 12, but later he revives. Zoicite often creates monsters by playing on his piano. He admires Prince Endymion, or "master", as he calls him, very much. Zoicite helps Sailor Moon in the one of the final acts by killing the youma. Unfortunately, he is killed, too. It's rumored that there is love between Zoicite and Minako. Zoicite's main goal is to kill "the Princess", Sailor V.

Kunzite
Kunzite appears in act 13. He's actually a guy named Shin, who Usagi and Mamoru meet. In the same act, Queen Beryl deceided to awake the fourth general, Kunzite. He is the rudest and the most powerful of the generals. Kunzite doesn't like Beryl, but he deeply admires Queen Metallia. Very intelligent and evil, Kunzite causes much trouble to the Sailor Senshi. He almost turned Usagi into a monster in acts 13-14 and he made Ami evil in act 21. Kunzite can create strong energy blasts using his sword. He even has the power to de-transform Sailor Luna into a plushie.

Mio Kuroki
Mio Kuroki appears in act 29. She is a pop idol and, at first, Usagi does not like her because she thinks that Mio is Minako's rival. Mio plays a main role as an villain in the Special Act.
