Please read and follow the rules below.

1. Submit your own website, and it has to be a Sailor Moon-related one.
2. Please be patient, although I will do the review fast.
3. Please also put a link to Tsukikage somewhere on your site.

Here is an example on how your website will be reviewed.

Splash Page & Layout - 20 %
Have a nice, non-premade layout. It doesn't have to be overloaded with brushes, I do like simplicity.
Your splash page has to be clean and it has to contain important information, such as requirement for viewing the website.

Loading Time - 20%
They are slow-connection users on the net, think about them, too!

Content - 20%
The content is the most important part of a website.

Something Else - 20%
Anything else that I cannot put under the other categories goes here.

Linking Tsukikage - 20%
